We are seeking to recruit an Internal Communications Manager to lead the development and implementation of an internal communications plan to engage and inform the University community. Working in the External Relations Office as part of the Marketing, Communications and Digital team and reporting to the Director of Strategic Communications and Marketing, the appointee will help to lead and implement an internal communications strategy based on the 2023-2028 Maynooth University Strategic Plan. The Internal Communications Manager will deliver a programme of work that provides all staff with regular engaging and impactful communications, finding new and innovative ways to update the university community on events on campus and news that is important to our campus community. Tracking progress and engagement through a series of metrics, the Internal Communications Manager will have the opportunity to play a meaningful role in building an inclusive, well-connected and well-informed MU staff community.
Salary
Administrative Officer I (2024): 鈧� 56,915 鈥� 鈧� 81,205 p.a. (9 points)
Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
